Ingredients
- 1 grass-fed beef heart
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- Olive oil - good amount
- 1 tablespoon of garlic - minced
Directions
- Rinse heart well under cold water
- Cut heart in half long ways and remove any blood vessels and arteries
- In a large bowl or dish combine soy sauce, olive oil and garlic
- Place in marinade. Let marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Cook each piece of heart 5-6 minutes on each side until a nice golden crust forms
- Let rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve!
