- Pull grass-fed steaks out of refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking, to come to room temperature.
- Use a rub of your choice, or just salt and pepper. Simple is usually best
- Set grill to medium high heat. Place steak's on grill, and cook 4-5 minutes on each side until medium rare. (see temperature chart below)
- Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. The juices will redistribute through the meat and make a juicy end result.
- Serve and enjoy!
120 degrees = Rare
130 degrees = Medium Rare
140 degrees = Medium
160 degrees = Well Done
