• 8 pasture-raised eggs
  • 16oz jar of marinara sauce
  • pepper flakes - to taste
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 loaf of sourdough bread


  1. Heat up the sauce in a cast iron skillet or large non-stick pan. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Crack eggs into sauce and cook to desired doneness.
  3. Finish with salt, pepper and pepper flakes
  4. Serve and eat with toasted sourdough bread.
