- 8 pasture-raised eggs
- 16oz jar of marinara sauce
- pepper flakes - to taste
- salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- Heat up the sauce in a cast iron skillet or large non-stick pan. Bring to a simmer.
- Crack eggs into sauce and cook to desired doneness.
- Finish with salt, pepper and pepper flakes
- Serve and eat with toasted sourdough bread.
